Proptech360 is proud to partner with one of Asia’s fastest growing Data Analytics & AI scale-ups seeking a Country Manager / Managing Director for ANZ to help achieve their mission to change the way real estate assets and education facilities operate.

Our client is a data analytics company, contributing positively to the Built Environment. Headquartered in Singapore our client has successfully delivered two scalable products, one focused on transforming student experience in large educational campuses and one solution focused on decarbonizing real estate.

With strong presence already in multiple Asian countries, this is your opportunity to be part of our client's growth plans in Australia and New Zealand.

**About the Role**
- Develop and build up company’s education and real estate organisation capabilities to pursue and acquire successful Resellers and Channel Partners.
- Determine the pace of introducing more software solutions
- Attract, train and retain existing and new staff including presales engineers and technical personnel as well as conducting regular performance appraisals.
- Develop and implement marketing and communication plans to enhance the company’s brand awareness.
- Manage internal and external stakeholder relations and negotiating reseller and partnership contracts.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analysis and reports of operations and finances in conjunction with Singapore headquarters.

**About You**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Computing Science, or relevant disciplines.
- At least 10 years’ experience in the Built Environment sector (Facility Management, building equipment OEM brands, Building/Asset Sustainability Engineering, etc.) or a transferable data science field.
- A level of management or consulting experience to understand business risks and challenges a proven ability to problem solve and to recognize opportunities to provide solutions for clients.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally with the ability to facilitate effective presentations and influence decision-makers at all levels.
- Prior client / partner facing experience while owning revenue management for a product / account / business line / geography.
- Highly motivated entrepreneurial thinker who is results-oriented and enjoys a challenge.
