Country Manager
37Talent is searching for a Country Manager for a leading global technology company.
Our partner provides state-of-the-art marketing technologies for top tier brands and agencies worldwide. They are looking for a strong passionate leader to run their operations across ANZ.
This is your chance to secure a leadership position with one of the fastest growing companies across Europe, the US and APAC.
A bit about you:
You will have a deep understanding of the Australian "programmatic ecosystem" and be able to develop and nurture strong relationships with executive leaders, publishers, agencies, and brands across the digital marketing landscape.
You get a thrill out of leading and growing a team of sales, client services and operations professionals, having prime responsibility of the P&L and being hands on with revenue generation. Most of all you will be an inspiring leader foresting an inclusive and diverse culture whist ensuring your leading from the front.
What you need:
- 10 + years of digital sales and commercial leadership experience
- Extensive digital and agency contacts
- Able to manage P&L and drive new company initiatives
- Hands-on approach to driving revenue
- Strong understanding of programmatic and digital advertising
- Strong negotiation skills
- Must have strong communication skills and experience communicating with key stakeholders in global markets.
