**Job Description**:
Sodexo are seeking a suitably qualified Customer Service Representative to work the night shift with our Command Centre based at our Regional Support Centre based in Balcatta, Perth. This role is permanent-part time, working in swings of 4 nights on - 4 nights off, including public holidays as required. The night shift starts at 9pm and finishes at 5am.

**Qualifications**:
You will have experience working in customer service teams, ideally in a high-volume inbound contact centre environment. Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers with a highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Experience with the Microsoft Suite of Apps (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Management of multiple software systems simultaneously
- Adherence to strict processes
- Ability to work autonomously and problem-solve

Experience working overnight is not required but is favourable given the nature of the role.

Additional Information
**What about training?**
Prior to starting in the night shift, you will complete an 8 x week training period with the team at our office in Balcatta. The training will be Monday to Friday, 0800 to 1400.
