About The Role:
This remote Customer Service Representative (CSR) role sits within the national Customer team and operates within a structured contact centre environment. The CSR works closely with customers, brokers, lenders, and valuers to progress valuation jobs through to completion.
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for delivering an excellent client experience in our fast-paced environment by:
- Resolving queries at first contact using sound judgment and process knowledge
- Progressing valuation jobs through effective coordination and task management
- Communicating clearly, empathetically, and professionally
- Supporting a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and quality service

- Experience in customer service or contact centre environments

- Effective problem-solving skills and the judgment to make decisions within defined processes
- High attention to detail and a methodical approach to task and workflow management
- A willingness to learn industry knowledge through structured training and ongoing coaching
- A team-oriented mindset and commitment to delivering quality outcomes for clients and stakeholders
