Through our exclusive partnerships with European suppliers, we offer our customers high quality tools and equipment for any situation when fabricating, installing or maintaining stone.

Due to our continued success and growth, we are looking for our next Customer Service Representative to join our Malaga branch.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the State Tools and Equipment Manager and joining a close-knit team, you will add significant value by:

- Completing online learning modules (the CDK Academy) and working alongside industry experts to build your knowledge about our Tools & Equipment product range.
- Offering valued customer support to tradespeople such as inquiries about our products, order status or stock availability.
- Helping out in the warehouse from time to time pick packing orders and moving products (we will help you get a forklift license).
- Organising and arranging the product range to provide customers with a great experience the moment they enter the door.
- Assisting our Sales Representatives who are out on the road by following up on quotes, invoices, and completing purchase orders.

- Whether or not you have much knowledge about tools and equipment, you are someone who is proactive about their learning because it allows you to have more meaningful conversations with customers.
