HR Manager - FIXED TERM Maternity Leave cover - 2 days per week

**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to take on a fixed term maternity cover role. This will initially be for 9 months, with an option to extend. We envisage this to be a 2 day per week role (.4 FTE), with flexibility to increase/decrease as per workload. We would like this person to start mid-August for handover. Salary range will be between $100K-$135K per annum (FTE).
You will support the growth of our business across Australia, managing the entire employee lifecycle, including:
- Manage recruitment processes to attract top talent.
- Manage the onboarding process, probationary tracking and assessment.
- Cultivate a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee HR compliance.
- Ensure accurate and timely HRIS data input and reporting.
- Learning & Development program management.
- Offboarding and exit interviews.
**Requirements**:
**About You**
We are looking for technical skill, cultural fit and diversity of thought. To be successful in this role you will have:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources and/or minimum of 6+ years in an HR generalist role, preferably within professional services consultancies.
- Strong core HR knowledge, with practical experience in HR/ER/IR matters.
- In-depth knowledge of HR legislative requirements.
- Be proficient in HR software (Workable and Bamboo advantageous) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Enjoy being creative and thinking of new ways of doing things
