**The Opportunity**

Clickability is a matching platform that connects people with disabilities, their carers, friends and family to high quality disability service providers. The directory combines modern digital technology with people-based service to match participants and providers.

Clickability is growing fast, with many new providers coming onboard each day. So, to ensure that we manage this growth effectively, we need a salesperson to activate all opportunities that come our way and the ability to explore new avenues.

**About you**:
We employ people with a fantastic attitude and who are self-starters. Regardless of whether you are young or old, if you know your stuff and are passionate about what you do, we want to speak to you.

We are looking for a strong sales specialist who not only can manage a high-volume schedule and strives to exceed KPI requirements but someone who genuinely wants to help improve the lives of disabled people who are struggling to find providers to meet their unique needs.

- To be awesome getting appointments and even better at building relationships and closing deals
- Resilience and a self-starter, who is highly motivated with terrific communication skills and not scared of technology
- Proven results when working under pressure in meeting targets
- To be proactive (actioning tasks and making decisions)
- High energy and positivity
- A ‘can do attitude’ when tackling new technological processes

**Key Accountabilities**

Clickability generates sales through both direct outbound calling and talking with potential providers who have proactively booked appointments. You will be active across both these channels:

- Making outbound sales calls to a list of warm leads - convincing these service providers that Clickability is the way to grow their business in the NDIS
- Scheduling and completing sales appointments each week
- Closing the sale and activating their Clickability accreditation
- Handling provider objections during the sale process
- Exceeding daily, weekly and monthly KPI's and sales targets

**Skills & Experience**:

- Experience in high volume phone-based client work; preferably in a sales environment
- Proven experience in multiple communication forms e.g. Verbal and written
- You have excellent time management skills and can think on your feet

**Desirable**:

- Experience using modern CRMs (we use Zendesk) and basic office productivity software
- You love working in a dynamic, fast paced team environment
