Over the last 2 years, we've hired 15 recruitment consultants with no recruitment experience, 12 of which are still in our business today and performing to a high standard, primarily due to our robust training and support systems.

When you join our company, you will be paired with a senior recruiter who will be your mentor, they will work closely with you to show you how to be the best IT recruiter you can possibly be. You also get the chance to have weekly one-on-one time with other senior team members to learn different styles of consulting. As we believe it's very important to be exposed to different styles so you can learn what style of consulting works best for you.

We've had people join our business with zero recruitment experience, learn a new career that can take them anywhere in the world, and earn upwards of $40,000 commission cheques per quarter in their first year.

**What will your day look like?**
- Working with and using our state-of-the-art software systems
- Building marketing campaign material with our business support team
- Sales administration duties, it's important you make notes on your meetings & that you can type up reports on the people you meet.
- Weekly one-on-one progress meetings to keep track of your growth
- Working on your career plan with your direct manager
- Attending after-hours meet-up events bi-monthly
