**key duties and responsibilities will include**:
As an assistant property manager, you will be working alongside our current senior property manager,
- Preparing lease agreements and renewals
- Conducting ingoing and routine inspections
- Ensuring building compliance and safety is maintained
- Assist with repairs & maintenance
- Assist with open for inspections if required
- Conducting market reviews
- Providing ongoing office admin and field support to the Senior Property Managers as needed.
- Answering queries in relation to property management and assisting leasing department

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $97,536.00 per year
