The role
Reporting to the Senior Records Governance Officer your role will be responsible for managing physical and electronic records including digitisation, appraisal, archiving and disposal.
Your role will also support operational information management tasks in line with the Corporate Information Managements baseline operations.
The successful person
**You will have demonstrated**:
- Current recordkeeping knowledge and experience in both a digital and physical environment.
- Practical experience using Content Manager eDRMS or a similar system.
- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant recordkeeping legislation, standards, policies, and procedures, including the ability to interpret appraisal classes and disposal schedules.
- Demonstrated ability to follow a project schedule tasks and timelines in the context of an appraisal or disposal activity including updating monitoring tools to track progress status.
