**The role of Assistant information Officer will**:
- Provide assistance to users of the electronic documents and records management system (eDRMS), directing staff to relevant information and training material, providing solutions to common issues and errors
- Support the development and maintenance of operating procedures, user guides and support materials, and SharePoint resources
- Support the annual records disposal process
- Search and retrieval of records in response to requests for information
- Provide support to the manager to maintain divisional compliance with records management policies and digital records initiatives
- Support and help maintain a workplace safety culture by ensuring that all policies and practices concerning Workplace Health and Safety are applied and a part of day-to-day operations.
