**The Company**:
MM Electrical Merchandising (MMEM) is the Australian leader in the electrical wholesale industry, with brands including AWM, Haymans, TLE and D&W. With a national footprint of over 250 stores, MMEM continues to experience significant growth.**The Role**:
TLE Alexandria are seeking a self-driven Internal Salesperson to provide efficient and exceptional customer service, primarily in the counter sales area.**_Your responsibilities will include:_**
- Provision of customer service, including effectively actioning customer requests and inquiries
- Liaison with suppliers
- Raising sales documentation in a prompt, legible and accurate manner
- Accurate invoicing; generating required credit notes; and debt collection
- Promotion and sale of TLE's products
- Stock control
- Assistance with additional tasks and Management requests as required

**Essential Criteria**:
**_You will have:_**
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills and a professional manner
- The ability to learn and use the Point of Sales systems efficiently, as well as calculate a contract price for customers
- The ability to identify and action opportunities for making additional sales
- Adequate knowledge of the Company's products, or the ability to build sufficient knowledge quickly
- Great rapport and relationship building abilities
- Strong time management
- The capability to work both autonomously and within a team
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
