Within HBT, our direct sales force creates and sells integrated solutions to our customers that achieve results. Our sales approach begins by working with the end customer to identify and prioritize their desired outcomes. We help them select and define use cases that will achieve those outcomes. From there we design the integrated solution that will deliver those use cases. In many cases we will need to work with the customer’s consultant and contractors for the design and implementation of the solution.
We are currently seeking a** **Project & Asset Manager** who will be responsible for the successful delivery of Project outcomes across the Fulham Correctional Centre. This requires preparing, planning, executing and controlling all aspects of the project either directly or through delegation with the project team. Successful delivery requires monitoring and controlling financials, works schedule, resources (including subcontractors) as well as managing the project stakeholders (internal and external).
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintain overall responsibility for the delivery of complex projects to the required quality, schedule and budget
- Maintain up to date Lifecycle forecast for nominated sites
- Ensure Lifecycle Asset Management Plan submitted for nominated sites
- Ensure the annual works plan is delivered in accordance with the Lifecycle Asset Management Plan
- Ensure 3rd party Asset condition assessments are carried out every 3 years
- Ensures delivery of projects on time, within scope with no negative deviation.
- Manage the contractual requirements of the project to ensure Honeywell’s exposure is minimised and controlled through timely responses and internal escalation.
- Manage project contracts including development of contracts/scopes of work, valuing/certifying payments, valuing variations, accepting finished works, and resolving and negotiating disputes with subcontractors and clients.
- Deploy standard methodologies in the delivery and control of projects
- Produce and maintain appropriate project management documentation including project plan, communication plan, project reports, implementation plans, project schedules and meeting agendas/minutes.
- Track the projects progress and prepare monthly progress claims and project reports for submission to the client.
- Maintain customer satisfaction at target levels and promptly resolve customer issues. Ensure customer survey is in place.
- Maintain accurate financial forecasts, estimates to complete, schedules, JML, and labour profilesDeliver to the financial objectives for the project and maintain the financial position of the project using Honeywell’s accounting systems.
- Control cost and maximize productivity through the implementation of effective methods, standard processes and engagement of Supply Chain team.
- Devising and implementing risk management programs and ensure proactive risk mitigation strategies are implemented which includes engineering and technical risks. Ensure these are communicated to management on a regular basis.
- Ensuring local adherence to Pole and Global initiatives
- Manage effective communications with all project stakeholders.
- Represent Honeywell in discussions and negotiations with internal and external stakeholders, professional consultants, subcontractors and 3rd party vendors to ensure preferred project deliverables and outcomes.
Report to Facility Leader and Justice & Corrections Portfolio Leader, on project progress and relevant issues on a regular basis.
- Adhere to the high standards of Health and Safety management required by Honeywell and our customers.Ensure a safe and healthy work environment through effective communication, training, equipment/vehicle maintenance and facilities improvement. Manage safety program for assigned field operation.
Ensure subcontractors are on a Health & Safety Plan and that it is reviewed and updated on a regular basis
**YOU MUST HAVE**
- Essential - you must obtain/maintain an appropriate security clearance/license for customer sites

- BSc, Eng or project management degree or equivalent technical or management experience required.
