WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a Product Developer/Chemist to support the development of a range of high-quality beauty products and liaise with a variety of well-known international and local beauty brands.

Supporting the small team, you will be responsible for assisting with the development of cosmetic products (facial skincare, lip care, bath & body products) for the world's leading airlines and hotels via a network of manufacturers.Supporting internal teams to develop new product briefs and work with suppliers from initial briefing and sampling to costings and approved product. Assist with bulk filling projects including componentry development, documentation and chemical testing.Liaise with international and local beauty brands to translate their brand essence and ingredient philosophy to new formulations that meet client quality, cost and time requirements.Brand research, coordinating meeting action points and general administration.

The ideal candidate will have a background in cosmetics/skincare product development or a chemist who has an understanding of the production process.

In this fast-paced, dynamic environment attention to detail and organisation skills are vital, as is an enthusiastic and 'can-do' approach to your work.
