As such, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Business Partner to support our NSW/ ACT manufacturing sites.
The HR Business Partner will focus on supporting our People Leaders in the delivery of our People Initiatives and generalist HR support for the allocated client groups. This role will be based out of our Erskine Park site and will provide support to our sites at Moorebank, Canberra and West Footscray (VIC). Travel interstate may be required from time to time.
**What you will do**:
- Partner with People leaders providing support, coaching and advice on all HR related matters
- Support and drive HR initiatives such as engagement, diversity and inclusion, talent and succession planning etc. as part of the wider People Plan
- Support hiring managers through site-based recruitment processes, ensuring selection is aligned to business capability requirements and cultural alignment
- Manage and investigate complaints and grievances to maintain a positive and productive work environment
- Supporting the full employee life cycle including onboarding, training and development, performance management and offboarding.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR practices
- Ensure data and HR records are maintained and work closely with our COE's (payroll & people services)
- Support Regional HRM with Industrial Relations matters, including EA negotiations and interpretation
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in Human resources, Business, or related field (preferred)
- 5+ years' experience in HR working in a blue-collar environment is desirable
- Previous experience with SAP, Kronos and SuccessFactors is desirable
- Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and organisational skills
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management (essential)
- Strong attention to detail, time management and coordination skills
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office essential)
