We are seeking an experienced contact centre leader to manage our busy inbound enrolment call centre, supporting families across Queensland, South Australia, and the ACT. Edge Early Learning is a values-driven organisation with community, wellbeing and leadership at the heart of everything we do. We are on the lookout for a **Family Engagement Manager** to lead our Family Engagement Team based in Brisbane.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys blending day-to-day team leadership with strategy, reporting, and driving improvements across the family enrolment journey.

**What you’ll do**:

- Manage the enrolment pipeline across multiple centres, ensuring a smooth and positive family journey.
- Work closely with our Centre Directors and Area Managers to improve conversion rates and local enrolment outcomes.
- Develop team coaching programs and quality assurance frameworks to consistently deliver high standards.
- Partner with the Head of Marketing to enhance reporting, lead management, and service benchmarks.
- Drive system and process improvements to deliver growth and operational efficiencies.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Having lead a customer service or enrolment team, ideally within a multi-site organisation.
- Confidence using CRM platforms, telephony systems, and data to drive performance and decision-making. Experience in Kidsoft highly regarded, but not essential.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to embed sustainable change.
- Early learning sector experience is a bonus but not essential.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, legislation and industry awards is desirable.
- **Additional Requirements**:

- Current Working with Children Check (or state equivalent)
- Availability after hours (on occasion) for attending functions/events
