As a Family Engagement Coordinator, you’ll be the welcoming face of Edge Early Learning, guiding families through their enrolment journey and ensuring a seamless experience from initial enquiry to enrolment. Working closely with a dedicated team of professionals, you’ll support our centres in achieving their occupancy targets, helping to shape the future of early learning for countless children.
- Manage and support a portfolio of centres to achieve enrolment goals.
- Engage with families through positive and dynamic communication, both online and in-person.
- Convert enquiries into enrolments efficiently and maintain accurate records in CRM and Kidsoft.
- Collaborate with Centre Directors to fill vacancies and provide tailored Child Care Subsidy quotes.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, driving best practices in family engagement.
- Be the essential link between families and Edge Early Learning, supporting events and new centres.

**What you will bring**:

- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a keen sense of initiative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships.
- The ability to adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Strong time management and organisational skills, with a strategic approach to business development.
- Intermediate computer skills, including CRM, Kidsoft, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Previous experience in the Early Learning Sector or tele-sales is beneficial but not essential.
- A valid Working with Children (Blue Card) and driver’s license.
