**About the Role**

You are a warm, welcoming and professional communicator and you thrive in a dynamic environment.

We're seeking a dedicated Casual Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our facilities; serving as the first point of contact for residents, families and visitors.

In this pivotal role, you'll manage a broad range of responsibilities, from greeting guests and answering enquiries to coordinating administrative tasks and handling confidential information with utmost discretion.

You'll be working in a fast-paced setting where grace under pressure and strong multitasking skills are essential. In addition, you'll also assist with employee roster management, helping to coordinate staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage across departments.

**Essential skills and attributes (selection criteria)**:

- Exceptional customer service skills.
- A very high level of verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills including active listening.
- Intermediate level MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- The ability to learn new IT systems
- Excellent team working skills
- The ability to work autonomously
- Flexible - with approach and work locations/hours
- Experience and familiarity with roster mangement and shift coordination, whilst not essential, will be highly regarded
- The ability to remain calm and problem-solve regardless of what the day presents
