As a global leader in Network Infrastructure, the Nokia NI Business Group is looking for a skilled Rollout Manager (ROM) to strengthen its experienced Services team in Australia.

The ROM should be able to work with a high degree of independence, and in strong collaboration with the RBC regional delivery teams and other stakeholders; will drive the delivery of the deployment services, ensuring quality, efficiency and health & safety. Complex decisions, with significant strategic impact on business results, must be made on a regular basis, in a competitive and dynamic environment. A high amount of contact and collaboration with peering functional groups and other regional stakeholders is necessary.

**What you will learn and contribute to**

Rollout Manager (ROM) will be responsible for the Optics and IP Rollout projects for Nokia Customers. ROM will be the customer interface for deployment activities and will ensure that rollout scope is delivered to customers within the agreed budget while meeting quality requirements/standards. ROM will work with the deployment team of other internal and external resources and will also be responsible for Subcontractor Management. ROM will implement any tools and processes (as relevant), and explore opportunities for optimizing costs.

As part of our team, your responsibilities would include (but not limited to):

- Create, maintain and manage construction and installation project rollout plans, to ensure Nokia meet contractual scope of work, milestones and customer pre-requisites.
- Manage subcontractors for field rollout activities
- Implement Quality Management Plan
- Implement EHS Plan
- Prepare and maintain resource plan and forecast including own resources, subcontractor needs and tools. Manage Site Supervisors.
- Monitor and track equipment installation, material deliveries & proactively ensure rollout readiness
- Track rollout progress from start to end (final milestone) in rollout management tools
- Manage work allocation (Work Orders) to Subcontractors
- Validate Installation Reports, Acceptance Documents, Subcontractors Invoices and other reports
- Finalize the equipment installation acceptance with proper contractual documentation and generate Acceptance Documentation according to acceptance protocol or agreement.
- Ensure that subcontractor documentation are submitted on time and to a high quality
- Resolves Customer issues for Deployment and also issues raised by field I&C teams
- Drive RCA and implementation of process improvements
- Liaise with Project Manager and Customer as needed for escalations on scope, processes and/or budget
- Ensure that job drawings are updated as per As-built documentation and/or As-installed specifications
- Perform rollout governance meetings with internal teams and Subcontractors to monitor progress and solve potential issues
- Monitor performance of Subcontractors
- Work with FSM, local Procurement and other project interfaces as relevant for project requirements
- Proper Communication / Reporting of Project activities to project stakeholders, FSM

**Your skills and experience**

You have:

- Qualifications in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology (or similar).
- Experience working as a Deployment Engineer on deployment delivery of large-scale wireless or transmission telecommunications construction projects.
- Knowledge of current telecommunications technology platforms and associated professional services, including 3G/4G and 5G and transmission equipment: BTS, RRUs, DC Power systems, antenna, and feeder systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage installation teams at the site level.

It would be nice if you also had:

- Experience with IP and Optics transmission/microwave equipment deployment will be an added advantage.
- Collaborative communication style with the ability to work effectively as a member in a dynamic team environment and autonomously as required.
- Positive customer focused and service-oriented personality
