Transforming Operational Efficiency Through Field Management Solutions

About the Role

We seek an experienced project leader to oversee the implementation of a centralized platform for our national field workforce.

This strategic initiative aims to enhance operational efficiency, data consistency, and service delivery by transitioning from legacy systems to a single, unified platform.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the end-to-end project lifecycle for the national roll out of the new Field Management Solution.
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive change management plan to ensure smooth adoption by a large, geographically dispersed workforce.
  • Collaborating with internal software development teams and stakeholders to manage scope, timelines, and deliverables for the new platform.
  • Delivering necessary integrations with other work order, financial, and project management solutions.
  • Establishing effective project governance, including regular meetings with stakeholders and detailed status reporting.
  • Managing project finances, including resources and expenses.
  • Ensuring a sustainable transition of the new solution into business operations.
