**Job Name: Service now Tech BA**

**Location: Sydney**

**Job type: Contract (4 -6 months)**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Excellent knowledge about ServiceNow Out of Box Modules, Processes and Integration technologies with other platforms.
- Requirement Gathering, analyzing, document and managing business and user requirements (both functional and non-functional) to effectively recommend and functionally design technology solutions that best address the requirements.
- Identify potential solutions for the business and provide input to issues or risks (through solid knowledge of the business and user requirements).
- Identify project interdependencies and communicate requirement/scope issues and participate in driving them to resolution for inclusion in the functional specifications.
- Participate in the investigation and resolution of complex and unusual problems
- Recommend changes to established methods, suggests alternative solutions and new methods, to improve quality and increase productivity
- Communicate with the Project Managers and assists in the management of client expectations
- Provide support for creation and maintenance of project documentation as per development life cycle
- Provide input for post-implementation review document and implement corrective procedures

Certifications:

- ServiceNow Administration certification
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification(various tracks)(Optional)
