**Ab**out th**e role**
A review of the Infrastructure Services Directorate has resulted in the creation of the Division Manager Maintenance role. This leadership role is critical to the success of the directorate and the outcomes Council seeks to achieve for our community.
Council is seeking an experienced leader who can provide the required leadership to shape the future state of the Division and transform how we plan, deliver and demonstrate value, for those services which we provide to the community, along with what is technically required for the role.
The role is a permanent full-time position, based in Moruya.

**About you**
You will be a leader of people and an engineer or equivalent, with demonstrated experience in the technical aspects of delivering infrastructure projects and asset maintenance programs, improving underlying systems and processes plus significant experience successfully managing a diverse workforce and creating a great culture. We are looking for someone who has the following attributes:
