**Ab**out th**e role**
Council is seeking an experienced leader who can provide the required leadership to shape the future state of the Water and Sewerage Division and transform how we plan, deliver and demonstrate value, for those services which we provide to the community, along with what is technically required for the role.
The role is a permanent full-time position, based in Moruya.
Refer to the Information Pack for the main duties of the role.
**About you**
You will be a leader of people and an engineer or equivalent, with demonstrated experience in the provision of safe drinking water to the community and the effective treatment and disposal of wastewater to the environment compliant with regulatory standards, improving underlying systems and processes plus significant experience successfully managing a diverse workforce and creating a great culture. We are looking for someone who has the following attributes:
