Let's talk about the role and responsibilities:
As a Delivery Executive for Intelligent Industry focused on utilities - you will have direct experience of program delivery of major energy network or operations related transformation projects for a utility network operator. Ideally you would have worked within a utility in major transformation programs relating to ADMS and network operations as well as within a consulting organisation. You will have knowledge of ADMS and consider yourself to be a business strategy and transformation leader rather than a technologies. This role will see you:Lead delivery of projects relating to the business change associated with operations transformation within the energy sector. This might include ADMS transformation, asset management or metering for example.
- Lead and collaborate on project teams to support the delivery of existing and new programs of work with Capgemini clients
- Build client relationships within Capgemini existing clients where we are delivering transformation programs
- Build relationships internally within Capgemini - across our service lines and with our sales leaders - and externally with the clients you are working on project work with.
- Understand and support the development of a future view of energy infrastructure managers in Australia.
- Support new business development opportunities
- Inspire, and collaborate with your team members
- Bring Capgemini's and your own expertise to bear with clients.

What you'll do:

- Delivery/Program Management experience ideally within a utility environment and particularly relating to the transformation of ADMS.
- Bring understanding and expertise of ADMS, and the ability to demonstrate leadership to a mix of business and engineering stakeholders relating to an ADMS or utility operations transformation in the context of that transformation program.
- Experience of delivering business outcome-based engagements
- Accountable for driving the engagement to time, cost and quality objectives, meeting internal and external measures of success including financial performance, growth and client satisfaction
- Management and co-ordination of all Capgemini engagement resources and activities both at the client site and in Capgemini off-shore delivery centres
- Act as a single point of contact within the customer organization for troubleshooting and resolving of issues arising from delivery-related account activities
- Accountable for the overall successful performance across a portfolio of clients and engagements
- Accountable for overall quality assurance, risks and issues management and ensuring the integrity of systems and processes delivered.

**What you'll bring**:

- Experience of delivering large business and technology transformation programs in a geographically and culturally diverse context including quality, financial and contractual control.
- Comfortable in a client facing role, building strong trusted partner relationships in complex organisations and environments, particularly within the network management component of the energy sector.
- Confident, self-motivated and able to work under pressure and at pace with a minimum of supervision.
- Excellent communication skills across a variety of mediums to all levels
- Strong contract and commercial management skills including 3rd party management, invoicing, framing and creation of new SOW's.
