The Associate Director will support the Infrastructure, Energy and Utilities origination business within the Specialised Finance team. This role is a great opportunity for you to join a team that will foster deep customer relationships across relevant Australian sectors, originate and structure transactions, manage the credit approval process and deliver outstanding outcomes for our customers.

**In this role, you will**:

- Support the Head of Infrastructure, Energy and Utilities on all aspects of transactions (i.e. identification, evaluation, origination, development and execution).
- Perform decision-making on transactions and make recommendations to senior stakeholders through sound reasoning, understanding industry and market trends and considering infrastructure and energy insights.
- Raise and enhance the profile of NAB’s leading infrastructure, energy, and utilities in the marketplace.
- Provide guidance/coaching to junior team members where required.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Extensive experience in Corporate Finance with a deep understanding of institutional banking, project and structured financing.
- Strong client centric mindset and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent financial modelling, risk assessment and credit writing skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different stakeholders to deliver on strategic initiatives.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
