**Test Manager - (Data Testing Strategist)**

**Required skills**:
Define test strategies and methodologies aligned with industry best practices, data governance standards, and project requirements.
Design test cases covering various data aspects, including functionality, accuracy, completeness, consistency, and performance.
Expertise in DW, ETL, ELT cloud and on premise environments from a testing perspective.
Strong SQL and data transformation skills and understanding
Strong communication skills
Leverage automation tools and techniques to optimize test execution and efficiency.
Implement data test environments and manage data fixtures.
Devise performance test strategies, use test tools effectively
Guide a team of Database Testers, ideally with Snowflake proficiency.
Build testing frameworks, utilize JVM tuning, analyze performance data.
Ability to recommend scope for performance tests and interpret results effectively.
Advanced knowledge of LoadRunner & Performance Center Experience.
Good to have proficiency in Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).
Background in agile engineering environments.
Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to lead meetings and present to stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in data testing and quality assurance, with a focus on data pipelines and ETL processes over Snowflake database.
