**ACCOUNTS COORDINATOR**

Aqua Blu and Heaven are Australian Icons when it comes to swimwear. With the launch of our Pret-a-porter line, we are looking for a great accounts coordinator to join our team.

Designed in Australia by a passionate team, Aqua Blu Australia & Heaven Australia are market leaders in Australian swimwear and ready-to-wear apparel. With over 100+ local and international retailers that stock our labels, we are looking for a fun, creative and passionate individual to join our close-knit team and take our brands to the next level

We’re looking for a charismatic, fashion savvy and adaptable Accounts Coordinator to join our growing team on this exciting journey. This role is a crucial part of our expansion strategy and we are looking for a person who is looking to develop their relationship-building and account management skills locally and internationally.

**What you’d be responsible for**:

- Maintaining key accounts
- Coordinate seasonal collection launches locally and internationally
- Maintain sales KPIs, annual sales budgets, and forecast market growth
- Order processing and managing internal sales database
- Coordinating POS collateral, sales calendar and budget
- Being apart of trade shows, showings, and sales meetings locally and internationally
- Collaborating on weekly EDMs and marketing initiatives

**Must-haves**:

- At least 4+ years of account management and/or sales admin experience (ideally in the apparel industry)
- Ability to multitask and execute quickly and efficiently
- Thrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Experience with developing sales processes
- A driver’s licence is required
- Willing to travel both locally and internationally for sales trips throughout the year

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Account management: 3 years (required)
- Sales administration: 3 years (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

- 25% (required)
