About This Opportunity:
Join a dynamic team where you'll drive insights, ensure promotional compliance, and support seamless product operations across the full lifecycle—from data analysis and reporting to card production and partner support. This is a hands-on role for a proactive problem-solver eager to grow in cross-functional project coordination and continuous improvement.

**Responsibilities**:
Reporting & Insights
- Develop and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports covering sales performance, promotional activity, and compliance/regulatory requirements.
- Identify trends and insights from reporting to support strategic decision-making.

Promotional Compliance & Claims Management
- Review promotional claims to ensure accuracy, compliance with marketing and regulatory standards, and proper billing verification.
- Collaborate with marketing and finance teams to resolve discrepancies.

Product Operations Support
- Manage card production orders from end to end, including data verification and artwork proofing.
- Support product launches with sales forecasting, stock management, and execution coordination.

Administrative & Project Coordination
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Product Manager, including meeting coordination, note-taking, data analysis, and project tracking.
- Assist with cross-functional projects to ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Customer & Partner Support
- Offer occasional support to the customer service team on case management, card replacements, and fraud investigations.
- Develop capability to manage a small brand partner portfolio, driving day-to-day operational excellence.

Continuous Improvement
- Identify process gaps and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and quality of deliverables.
- Proactively seek opportunities to take on new responsibilities and expand product knowledge.

Qualifications:
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret trends and provide actionable insights.
- Strong Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) not necessary, but desirable.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory reporting requirements in a product or retail environment (preferred).

Organizational & Coordination Skills
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail for reviewing data, proofs, and promotional claims.
- Capable of managing projects from initiation through to delivery with mínimal supervision.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication, with an ability to tailor messaging to different stakeholders.
- Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, customer service, and external partners.

Problem-Solving & Initiative
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, investigate discrepancies, and propose practical solutions.
- Proactive in identifying process improvements and efficiencies.
- Eager to learn, adapt, and expand responsibilities over time.
