Production Assistant-- Women's Fashion

We are one of the leaders in the wholesale fast-fashion industry with a large presence in Australia and in Los Angeles - USA.
This is an opportunity for you to join our production team in Sydney and to work closely with our team in China.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- _Follow up factory production for customers and complete all required tasks within a dead-line schedule._
- _Supervise and inspect product/garment quality._
- _Confirm details relating to samples, fabrics and other related matters with the team in China._
- _Translate all ongoing communication with customer and China team, related to garment production._
- _Take instruction from production team leader._
- _Work closely with sales staff when necessary._
- _Multi-task when necessary._
- _Be prepared to work as part of a team._
- _Perform general office and administrative duties when required._
**Requirements**:
- _2-3 years experience in previous fashion production role is essential._
- _Basic knowledge of garment sizing and material...etc_
- _Fluent in Chinese and English is essential - verbal and in writing._
- _Highly organized with well attuned attention to detail._
- _Good communication skills and a willingness to learn._
- _Team player._
- _Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment._
- _Proficiency in Microsoft Office_
**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $68,740.24 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
