Supervisor - Field Service

**The Opportunity**:Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Supervisor - Field Service will be responsible and accountable for the operation of all Field Service activities, ensuring it operates safely, efficiently, profitably, providing a high-level service to the customers of the Branch.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Plan, organise and distribute daily duties to field service staff.
- Effectively communicate with staff ensuring that they get clear direction of job requirements.
- Ensure all service department activities meet Golden Rules & HSE standards.
- Monitor job status using the WIP report so that all work is completed on time and promptly invoiced.
- Ensure that all warranty cases are completed within warranty timeframes.
- Ensure that photos are taken for all warranty repairs and stored in the system.
- Support Field Service coordinator and PM Service coordinator in the coordination of work in progress jobs, ensuring invoicing is accurate and any potential disputes are resolved prior to invoicing.
- Manage technician hours to minimize lost time.
- Supply our customers with a friendly, timely and professional response.
- Notify customers of any changes to the delivery date of products or services.
- Update customers on job progress.
- Ensure Field Service vehicles are maintained and kept clean, presenting a professional image at all times.
- Recognise gaps in training & advise accordingly.
- Understand the Customer Support Charter & ensure compliance within the service department
**Roster: Monday to Friday**

- Ability to provide a high level of customer service in line with our Customer Support Charter.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety.
- Must have good organisational and interpersonal skills with internal & external stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good understanding of computer systems and Microsoft Office
- Exposure to Dynamics AX & SAP
- Qualifications:_
- Certified Tradesperson/or qualified Plant Mechanic.
- Previous experience in a similar position - supervisory/management role
- Holds a current driver’s/or MR license.
