**The Role**:
Join our leadership team as the SA State Manager. You will be leading the day-to-day function of our operations. In this role, you will develop and maintain the field service and coordination operations including relationships with internal stakeholders, peers & specialised customers. In addition, you will be accountable for achieving operational targets including but not limited to safety management, productivity, labour recovery and staff wellbeing. You can expect to work to strategic objectives aligned with the company values, supporting our people, a wide range of products and a team of highly skilled field-based technicians.

You will manage and drive the KPIs of your functional areas to promote “customer-first culture”, reliability and quality of services that reflect our brand.

**About You**:
As a seasoned leader, you will be skilled in managing a sales and operations team to achieve big growth.
- Experience within a similar industry, managing service, sales, and operations functions.
- Previous experience managing key customers accounts and new business development activities.
- Knowledge of mechanical industry and terminology to be able to engage with our customers on a technical level.
- Outstanding relationship management with customers, staff, peers, and leaders in the business.
- Proven experience motivating and growing a team of professionals and technical experts.
- Experience in a commercial environment including managing budgets and setting objectives.
