We are seeking a skilled and reliable Cleaning Customer Service Supervisor to join our team based in Kemps Creek, Sydney.

**About the role**:
In your role as a Customer Service Supervisor, you will hold a vital position in guaranteeing that our clients experience exceptional service, all while supervising a team of committed cleaning experts.

**Responsibilities**:
8:30 am to 4:30 pm - Monday to Friday
Supervise a team of cleaning staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the highest quality of cleaning services.
Respond promptly to client inquiries, requests, and concerns.
Collaborate with clients to create customised cleaning plans and ensure their satisfaction.
Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in the cleaning industry.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively build relationships with key stakeholders, customers and teams.
