Asēdos specialises in world class perfume & perfume oils, hand blended to perfection and artistically inspired by familiar designer scents you know and love. All our collection is colorant, toxin, cruelty free & animal friendly. We have sourced very carefully to ensure that each ingredient is ethically and sustainably harvested and indigenous to its land.

**Arozen** is a luxury home fragrance brand specialising in high-end scent diffusers and fragrance oils, designed to elevate spaces with hotel-inspired ambiance and premium sensory experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Creative Strategy & Development**:

- Plan, schedule, and lead the creative vision, ensuring all content aligns with our mission and resonates with our audience
- Develop innovative and data-backed creative strategies and briefs for paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta and TikTok Ads.

**Content Production & Coordination**:

- Create engaging video content and UGC content for Instagram and TikTok ensuring seamless setup and production and be the face of the business.
- Collaborate with UGC (User-Generated Content) creators to produce high-performing, authentic content.
- Oversee the editing process and coordinate with video editors to ensure content aligns with campaign goals.
- **Organic Content Coordination**:

- Create social media content to build brand awareness and engagement.
- **Influencer marketing**:

- Reach out to influencers or creators
- **PR (Bonus)**:

- Manage PR efforts and influencer partnerships to amplify brand reach and credibility.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience in video content creation, especially for social platforms like Instagram and TikTok
- A passion for storytelling and not afraid of talking in front of the camera.
- Excellent editing skills with experience in video production (iPhone shooting)
- Strong understanding of **social media trends and best practices**:

- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can seamlessly create content across multiple brands and platforms
- Perfume lover (BONUS)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
