Established over 39 years ago in 1984, Jimmy Stuart has a rapidly growing ecommerce business dispatching globally, a retail store in Avalon Beach and sells to stores across Australia.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
A passionate, motivated and creative individual with a love for the fashion world to join our small, close-knit team in West Ryde.

Casual position, 2 days per week

Your role will include:

- Assisting the Marketing team in uploading/scheduling unique and engaging posts and videos to the brands social media channels.
- Plan and curate engaging content, including posts, stories, and videos, that align with client branding and goals.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Assist the production team on upcoming collections when necessary
- Picking and processing online orders.
- Complete regular stocktake to ensure all styles/sizes are available for purchase on our website.
- Identifying and resolving issues.
- General office duties.

We are looking for someone with:

- A passion for the fashion industry and social media marketing.
- Familiar with Facebook, Instagram and TikTok channels.
- Enthusiastic about content and video content creation.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Capability to resolve customer issues.
- Excellent written & verbal communication.
- Work with a sense of urgency and a commitment to quality.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Great time management skills and highly organised.
- Adaptable and flexible.
- Able to work autonomously and be proactive, as well as being a team player.
- Sewing experience an advantage.

Driving license (required)

Casual position, 2 days per week.

Flexible times available.
