**About the role**:
In this role, you will be responsible for the conceptualisation and production of engaging, unique and compelling written content for paid, owned and earned channels. You will create and maintain written content that educates, inspires and connects with Hostplus’ key audiences and is consistent with the Hostplus brand and tone of voice. Further, you will also draw on experience and expertise to offer strategic advice around best practice multi-platform content.

This role forms a key part of our high performing marketing team as we strive to deliver market-leading content that reflects the Hostplus brand pillars.

**About you**:
To be successful in this role, will be resourceful, creative, insightful & possess a sharp intellect. You will be an excellent written and verbal communicator with the ability to find and tell the stories of our members, employers and partners who embody the spirit and community of the Hostplus brand.

Your background will include proven experience producing written content for multiple channels, with a portfolio of high-quality work. You will also possess excellent copywriting skills, including confident editing and proofreading, as well as speechwriting experience and the ability to drive engagement across key audiences while ensuring content aligns with the brand.

Further, you will be have the ability to present complex information in a simple and easy-to-understand format based upon your strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
