**Position overview**

The Manager, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion position sits within the People & Culture Division, providing strategic level professional support, advice and HR services to the University community. This role plays a key role in shaping a diverse and inclusive culture where all staff feel valued and respected and have equal opportunity to fulfil their potential.
This is an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified person, looking for a chance to deliver impactful projects and policy. The role will plan, coordinate and deliver a range of programs and resources to support diversity capability across the University. This position reports to Pip Cantrall, Deputy Chief People Officer (Talent and Capability), and operates with a high degree of autonomy.
You will be strategically minded, a strong team player and team leader with excellent communication and project management skills. You will have the ability to relay complex and detailed information in a simple and concise and engaging manner across a broad range of stakeholder groups, be results and data driven, analytical with a strong attention to detail, and passionate about making a positive difference.
