**Your opportunity**

In your new role you will be responsible for activities including (but not limited to) the following:

- Support the implementation of the firms Family Friendly program of work that will enable our people to bridge the work and family divide. This includes our Parents at Work partnership, flexible work arrangements and parental leave policy
- Support the Senior Inclusion Manager to deliver the firm’s LGBTQ+ strategy and initiatives
- Develop strong relationships with external accreditation bodies such as the Australian Disability Network and Pride in Diversity
- Contribute to projects across the IDE & Wellbeing team, including collaborating across the broader People and Inclusion (P&I) division

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills & experience could include:

- A demonstrated specialisation and experience in IDE as it relates to disability and LGBTQ+ inclusion and a broad and strategic view of inclusion.
- Experience developing IDE initiatives and evaluating and measuring impact
- The ability to provide pragmatic and high-quality advice, practices and solutions to promote an inclusive culture
- Ability to work independently and complex problem-solving using inclusion concepts, as they relate to individual circumstances, organisational development or programs of work
- The ability to use data and insights to help inform actions
- Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to adapt messages for a range of audiences
- A growth mindset to challenge the status quo, and drive higher performance across the firm
- Resilience, flexibility, and adaptability to working in a fast-paced environment
