**Who you are**

We’re on the lookout for Customer Experience Assistants with experience in face to face customer service or tele customer service. Customer experience is what we pride ourselves on at VOLY. Our team is passionate and we genuinely care about having real, meaningful interactions with our customers.

**Your professional attitude**

You’re empathetic and resilient. By understanding our customer’s potential pain points you’ll ask the right questions to understand what they require and how to solve any issue that has arisen. You’ll do your very best to resolve all enquiries in an efficient manner while maintaining direct contact with the store team on the ground.

**Working from home**

These positions have been designed so you can successfully perform your role in the comfort of your own home. All you need is a designated private work area and a fast and stable connection to the internet.

Working hours vary from week day to weekend, including morning to early evening.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour
