**The Opportunity**:
**You will contribute by**:

- Processing alarm signals and events received from a customers monitored alarm system
- Answering incoming phone calls and processing customer requests
- Providing monitoring support to the other Monitoring Centres as required
- Striving to maintain adherence to ASIAL Compliance requirements at all times
- Answering calls and recording requests for after-hours service technicians
- Effectively communicating with internal and external customers
- Working with, and supporting different areas within the business, including customers and management

**Experience and Knowledge Requirements**:

- Customer service with excellent communication and listening skills
- Call centre and/or inbound/outbound phone experience
- Computer literacy with good typing skills
- Shift work experience will be a bonus
- Adhering to Standard Works, Standard Operating Procedures or/and Work Instructions
- Hold a Security officer - Monitoring licence and/or the ability to obtain and maintain
- National Police clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain
- Maintaining a reputation for caring and professional service to clients and their associated contacts
