**About the Opportunity**
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will provide end to end **Administration support** for our Service team. The role will be standard office hours and will be based in our **Wacol Branch**.
**The responsibilities will include but not limited to**:
- Opening & closing of service jobs
- Monitoring/organising repairs/servicing on a large fleet of service vehicles
- Data processing for Service Department
- Follow up with Sales Department on costings
- Completion of service paperwork
- Follow up of sub-contractor invoices
- Raise purchase orders for service jobs
- Payroll support as required
- Compile information required for internal & external audits
- Arranging site inductions, training and maintaining records
- Assist in other general Service administration tasks
**To be successful you will need**:
- Previous experience in a similar Administration support role
- Excellent data entry skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated MS Office experience, including Word and Excel
- The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Previous experience in an OEM advantageous
- Warranty Administration/Processing is highly regarded
