**Role description**:
An exciting opportunity has become available to support the Ms Frankie business across their marketing initiatives. You will help us drive effective marketing & communications through social & digital channels and always be looking to elevate the brand identity. You will execute the brand story-telling to market, you will be involved in planning & coordinating social marketing campaigns, and analysing the results and effectiveness of these initiatives.

**Day to Day**:
As a marketing professional, you will have a diverse range of general marketing and graphic design skills and the ability to demonstrate the following:

- Be the voice of the Ms Frankie brand though organic communication across all channels.
- Scheduling and posting of relevant content through digital channels, creating an elevated brand identity and greater brand awareness with target audience.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business.
- Create opportunities for brand advocacy through a strong user generated content and sharing strategy.
- Manage the profile and reputation of the company’s brand across all social and digital platforms.
- Create and produce relevant content for use across all communication channels.
- Manage and direct photographer and/or videographer to achieve your brand story-telling goals.
- Explore, test, and learn about new content formats on an ongoing basis.
- Explore opportunities for short
- and long-term partnerships and sponsorships with various influencers to leverage brand reach.

**Skills needed**:

- Highly creative with a high attention to detail.
- An interest or passion in trend, food, & experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively across other departments (Service, Leadership, Front & Back of House).
- Experience managing social media accounts.
- Some exposure to digital / online paid advertising.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work to and meet deadlines with strong organisational skills.

Reporting to the General Manager. This is a part-time role and is a hybrid position with the option to work at our HQ located in Cremorne, Victoria or from home
