Coulson Aviation Australia is a subsidiary of global aerial firefighting company, Coulson Aviation, and supports Australian States and Emergency Service Organizations with the provision of aircraft and experienced team members. Coulson Aviation operates across the world with a fleet of large aerial firefighting assets consisting of both fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft. With our fleet of Boeing 737 FIRELINERS and C-130 Hercules fire bombers, Citation and King Air fire support platforms, CH47D Chinooks, UH60 Blackhawks and Bell 412 helicopters, we provide rapid response capabilities using aviation assets.

Coulson Aviation Australia operate and manage New South Wales Rural Fire Service-owned aircraft in all aspects of maintenance, fleet support systems and management, and operating personnel. Our teams perform aerial firefighting missions, transport flights, intelligence and scanning missions, disaster mitigation, search and rescue operations, and related activities.

We are currently seeking a skilled a **Videographer & Social Media Content Creator**

As Videographer and Social Media Content Creator you will travel to a variety of locations to chronicle Coulson operations, by capturing high quality video and photography for publication to social media platforms. In collaboration with a team of other highly skilled videographers within the Coulson company, you’ll be responsible for planning and executing shoots within Australia and other locations.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Film, edit, and produce photos or videos including the use of graphics, music/audio, and effects, for distribution on social media and other platforms.
- Coordinate with the team on the overall vision for content, based on company direction, goals, and target audiences.
- Study, assess and propose suitable locations for productions.
- Plan and participate in pre-production and post-production processes, including scriptwriting, storyboarding, and sound design.
- Stay ahead of trends to ensure videos are relevant and competitive.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure content meets their specific needs.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- A minimum of 5 years relevant experience
- Extensive working knowledge of social media platforms such as TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Own equipment is a plus (camera, lighting, etc.).
- Proficient with editing software(s), preference Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent editing skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to travel to different locations as required by the job
