In this role you will join the Devices and Desktop Services team, which supports and enables global activities by providing a global desktop platform.

You will be responsible for the design, deployment and maintenance of solutions using Technology services like Windows 10/11, Configuration Manager, Azure Services (Azure AD, Intune MDM) and hardware devices. Engaging in several projects including cloud based productivity and collaboration tools, enhanced mobility and BYOD, virtual desktop enhancements, Windows 10/11, MacBook, security product upgrades, and various business-driven projects.

You will also be providing assistance in enhancing or replacing existing operational processes for Windows Endpoints to provide the best possible end user experience.

**Required skills and experience for this role**:

- ** 4+ years’ experience working with Windows 10/11 from an enterprise perspective**:

- ** Solid hands-on experience with Windows Defender, Azure, Active AD and Intune MDM**:

- ** Solid knowledge of System Centre Configuration Manager infrastructure and system maintenance**:

- **Experience working in a DevOps, Agile and scripting skills with Windows PowerShell**:

- Strong interest in delivering and enhancing user experience and productivity through mobile solutions
- Advanced troubleshooting skills and ability to analyse and optimise business processes
- Demonstrated ability to exhibit technical credibility with both IT and business stakeholders
- Solid understanding of Service Management including change, incident, and problem management as it applies to a large corporate environment and use of an ITSM tool such as Remedy
- Experience on-boarding new tools and technologies, including the related corporate governance processes
