**How Tech Select works**

Tech Select is purpose-built for technologists in the early stages of their technology career. You’ll join a cohort of professionals who are passionate about building and accelerating the digital enterprise.

You’ll embark on a 12-month development and mentoring program across a technology discipline of your choice. You can try something new or hone your existing expertise, while working on key projects within our Technology teams.

You can start your journey in one of the following fields:
**Software Engineering**

Partner directly with business stakeholders and end users to understand requirements, design and build solutions. Enjoy working on a variety of projects with diverse teams across Technology.

**Cloud and Platform Engineering**

Build new automation tooling as well as maintain our distributed systems and platforms using industry best practices, on AWS and Google Cloud platforms.

**Cyber Security**

**Data and Business Analytics**

Be involved in Macquarie’s data and regulatory reporting strategy, deliver digital transformation and help teams gain valuable insight from data.

**UX / UI Design**

Work to digitally transform products and tackle complex challenges by placing the user experience at the heart of everything you do. From discovery to delivery, you’ll make a real difference to the lives of our customers.

**Customer and Technology Support**

Help our businesses thrive by enabling our people and teams to unlock the capability of technology solutions, driving collaboration, innovation and productivity. Be in a lively team environment that is customer-facing and provide both walk-up style and remote support for technology-based queries.
