**SUPPLY CHAIN COORDINATOR WANTED**

**About Yo-Chi**

Yo-Chi was born from an idea to bring together delicious frozen yogurt and toppings, with an infinite flow of good energy, in a space where people of all ages can connect. Since opening our first venue in Balaclava in 2012, we’ve grown to 44 venues and are now preparing for global expansion in 2025. As a proudly Australian, family-owned business, we put chi (positive energy) at the heart of everything we do.

**About the Role**

The **Supply Chain Coordinator** is the go-to person for all things supply chain—ensuring our venues always have what they need to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Working closely with our Supply Chain Manager, you’ll oversee stock availability, supplier performance, and operational efficiencies, ensuring seamless communication between suppliers and venues.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Managing stock availability so our venues never run out of key ingredients
- Being the first point of contact for supply chain issues between suppliers and venues
- Tracking and reporting supplier performance to ensure accountability
- Scheduling and communicating delivery plans, including public holiday adjustments
- Maintaining accuracy in our ordering system to streamline operations
- Monitoring stocktake results and identifying areas for improvement
- Implementing supply chain efficiencies to improve speed and reliability

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 1+ years of experience in logistics, procurement, or supply chain management
- Experience in QSR or hospitality is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
- A proactive problem-solver with great attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills—you’ll be working with suppliers, venue leaders, and operations teams
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
