**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assisting with showroom and phone enquiries
- Managing new and existing accounts
- Assist clients with their queries and provide solutions
- Picking and packing of orders
- Complete pre-delivery checks for fastening equipment
- Provide quotations to customers
- Take charge of sales transactions
- Support other team members including warehousing and operational duties

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**:

- Previous internal sales exposure and a willingness to learn
- Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills
- Integrity, honesty & a passion for service
- Self-motivation and positive disposition
- Sound written, verbal and numeracy skills
- knowledge of warehousing and willingness to obtain a forklift ticket
