**Position description**
Due to an internal movement, an opportunity has arisen for a diligent and experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join an industry-leading company on a permanent basis. The company is based in Regents Park with plenty of parking.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Matching, batching and coding invoices
- High volume processing
- Ensuring transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean, organised Accounts Payable ledger
- Reconciliation of supplier payments and accounts
- Assisting with month end closing
- Other general finance administration duties

**The successful applicant should have**:

- At least 4 years experience in an end to end accounts payable role
- Excellent communication skills, positive energy
- Logistics/freight industry experience advantageous but not essential
- Tech savvy, and can pick up systems quickly
- Microsoft Navision experience advantageous but not essential
- Team player and friendly demeanor
