We are currently seeking an elite Senior Wealth Consultant—the essential Closer—to join our Head Office team in St Kilda.

The Opportunity: The Financial Closer

This is not a cold-calling or lead-generation role. You will be the crucial final link, responsible for conducting high-level, complex, and consultative sales engagements with clients who are ready to commit to their financial future.

You will be managing clients who often hold multi-million dollar portfolios (typically $5M–$10M+). Your success will be measured by your ability to navigate long sales cycles, articulate deep financial value, and confidently finalise significant client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

In-Person Consultations: Conduct detailed, face-to-face meetings at our St Kilda office, providing the high-touch, personalised service our clients expect.

Consultative Sales: Guide clients through complex financial discussions encompassing mortgage strategies, property investment, tax optimisation, and SMSF.

Develop Bespoke Strategies: Translate client goals into actionable, multi-step financial plans, demonstrating a deep understanding of investment and tax law principles.

Closing Engagements: Confidently and professionally finalise client contracts, ensuring alignment with their long-term wealth creation objectives.

High-Volume, High-Quality Work: Manage a continuous pipeline of high-net-worth prospects, consistently delivering exceptional quality and conversion rates.

What We Are Looking For (Mandatory Criteria)

Proven Closer Track Record: Demonstrated success in a complex, consultative sales environment, ideally within finance, wealth management, or high-value advisory services.

In-Depth Financial Acumen: Strong working knowledge of Australian mortgages, property investment strategies, and tax structuring. The ability to clearly communicate these concepts to sophisticated clients is non-negotiable.

Mandatory In-Office Commitment: Our high-net-worth client base requires consistent, in-person service and team collaboration, especially during busy periods like tax season. This role is strictly full-time and requires daily attendance at our St Kilda Head Office. Applicants seeking work-from-home or hybrid arrangements cannot be considered.
