**Job Description**:
We are famous for our bins SULO wins tenders to replace entire council bin assets across councils rateables area or add to the existing asset base with additional products (recycling, garden, or glass bins as an example).
These distributions are done as projects, where bins are assembled and distributed (A&D) to ratepayers addresses across an entire council area.
This role will entail significant domestic travel, for periods up to several months at a time.
When projects are not occurring, the role will assist in other functions of the business as needed.
As our A&D Coordinator, you will be accountable for all matters that affect each A&D project, you will take clear and decisive action, quickly and professionally in accordance with the values and policies of the organisation with regards to organising smooth delivery projects.
- Your key responsibilities will be to: *
- Manage and improve the A&D fleet efficiency across all sites in their scope
- Ensure Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence becomes part of the culture.
- Ensure that the customer and the shareholders are at the heart of business processes
- Liaise with customers regarding deliveries of stock, with all A&D projects.
- Maintain all timekeeping and attendance records
- Manage all vehicle maintenance and servicing
- Project management for 3rd party (contractor) A&D work as required
- Assist with quoting, costings and resourcing for contract variations across A&Ds as needed.
- Supervise the performance and development of direct and indirect employees

**Your skills and experience**
To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

- Some project management or coordination experience
- Experience working in an industrial environment, understanding of how operations work
- Superior communication skills. with the ability to communicate and connect across all levels (from shop floor to senior leadership teams)
- Intermediate MS skills, particularly excel for reconciliation/reporting
- Drivers Licence
- Be able to work on location for various lengths of time

This is a great opportunity for a motivated and results oriented project coordinator who can work independently while being accountable for projects and enjoying some travel. This opportunity includes a maintained vehicle as part of the package.
