**Your new role**

One of our strong clients are looking for a
**Program Manager** to

**Your responsibilities in your new position**:

- **Planning**:Work with the rest of the team to analyse, forecast and plan the workforce supply and demand
- ** Collaboration**:Across the department and with external partners to ensure streamlined processes and practices
- ** Training**:Ensure consistency in ways of working and provide training, mentoring and guidance to continuously improve practices
- Demonstrated experience running large ICT projects, programs, or Project Management Offices
- Ability to think outside the box to achieve pragmatic approaches when solving problems
- Demonstrated experience working with Agile project principles and methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
